Kitchen Chalkboard and Happy Memorial Day


A little bit of chalkboard paint and some decorative wood trim has turned some surface space in my kitchen into a funky chalkboard

 

I hope you are enjoying the Memorial Day holiday and remembering what this day is really all about.

    I love this. Great idea using the wood trim to make it look polished. :)

      Thanks! It was so easy to do. Just tape off the section with painters tape, paint, and then glue on the decorative wood pieces (which I got at Lowe's).
