Easy and Delicious Coconut Macaroons


Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a small bowl, combine the coconut, flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff and sticky)
3. Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
5. Remove to wire racks
