Energy Bites


Work, school, clean the house, wash, rinse repeat.

My life is certainly hectic during the week.

These yummy, nutritious and, best of all, no bake energy bites are my perfect snack.

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1 tsp. vanilla


Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl

2. Roll into small, bite-size balls

3. Refrigerate and enjoy!

    1. They are super yummy and so easy to make. I like to make a batch on Sunday nights and then eat them throughout the week. Hope the weather's as nice where you are as it is in Baton Rouge today!
