Work, school, clean the house, wash, rinse repeat.
My life is certainly hectic during the week.
These yummy, nutritious and, best of all, no bake energy bites are my perfect snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl
2. Roll into small, bite-size balls
3. Refrigerate and enjoy!

They are super yummy and so easy to make. I like to make a batch on Sunday nights and then eat them throughout the week. Hope the weather's as nice where you are as it is in Baton Rouge today!
