To get my co-workers in the 4th of July spirit, I made and brought these red, white and blue strawberries to the office today.
The strawberries were first dipped into a cream cheese mixture and then into blue sprinkles.
The cream cheese dip is perfect for any fruit and is also delicious atop sugar cookies and cupcakes
Cream Cheese Dip/Icing
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
7 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Mix all ingreadients together and voila!
