October 2011 Mentionables
Don't you just love fall? I'd give ANYTHING to be outside, underneath a tree right now, curled up reading a good book. Wouldn't you?
Anyways, on to my October mentionables...........
It seems that this month has been all about Kashi! If you've never tried any Kashi products, check out their website here.
On rushed mornings, I really enjoy the Kashi Honey Almond Flax bars. They are a quick and healthy alternative to bagels or sugary breakfast bars.
They are quite tasty and are actually pretty good for a morning snack. Check out the nutritional facts below.
On mornings when I have enough time to actually sit down and eat breakfast, the Kashi Toasted Berry Crumble cereal has been great.
And for lunch, their frozen entrees are stellar and super healthy.
I especially like the Coconut Lemongrass Chicken.

We're now well into November and Thanksgiving and the mad rush of the holidays are upon us. Let us not forget, during this season of hustle and bustle, to always be grateful for the small, free, and humble things.
