Design Dilemma Resolved

I've been searching for a large mirror to go above my mantle for a while.

Everything I liked was major $$$ (as usual).

Then, I saw this on Pinterest.

Eureka!

So I drove my little self over to Tar-jay and picked up 2 horizontal mirrors

(the kind you usually stick on the back of doors to double check your outfit before heading out).

They were $6 a piece.

For $12, I think it turned out pretty well. I love the height it adds to the room and the straight lines lend a clean and modern feel.
